Sage Blooms Therapy

Lone Water Lily

I'm Dana Haynes, and I founded Sage Blooms Therapy, LLC because I understand — both personally and professionally — what it feels like to carry grief.

Sage Blooms Therapy specializes in grief counseling and support for individuals navigating loss in all its forms.

Grief is not only about death. It lingers in the silence after a divorce, in the loss of a future you had counted on, in estrangement, infertility, or life transitions that the world expects you to celebrate but that carry their own quiet ache. Sometimes grief has no clear name or ending — and sometimes the person you're grieving is still alive.
Often the hardest part is feeling like your grief doesn't quite "count." That loneliness, layered on top of loss, can be its own particular weight.
Whatever you're grieving, it counts. It matters. And you deserve a space to bring all of it.
Grief isn't something we're meant to get over. Over time, with care and the right support, we find ways to carry it differently — new meaning takes shape, a sense of self begins to return. That's where healing lives. It's where wisdom grows. It's where Sage Blooms.
You don't have to find your way through this alone. When you're ready, reach out — I'd be honored to walk alongside you. You're also welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, or simply send a message with a few words about how today feels. Even a small step can make all the difference.

About
01.

In the busyness of life, having a space that is solely and entirely yours is rare. Individual sessions offer exactly that, a dedicated time to process what you're carrying, explore what's holding you back, and move toward the version of yourself you're working to become

There is something quietly powerful about being in a room with people who truly understand. Small group sessions bring together people with shared experiences for collective healing, a space to feel less alone, gain new perspectives, and grow alongside others who are navigating their own journey

When something hurts one member of a family, it affects everyone. In family sessions, the family itself is the client. We work to understand each person's experience, improve how you communicate with one another, and find solutions that help the whole family move forward — together.
